What you receive
A 3MF digital print file for the Cupcake Kingdom paper towel holder. Open the 3MF in Bambu Studio and review the project before printing.
Printing and assembly
A compatible 3D printer, slicer, filament, and assembly supplies are required. Colors depend on the filament you select. Printer settings and material choices can affect fit and finish.
The separate-color cupcake topper requires glue assembly. Printing and assembly instructions are provided below on this product page.
Saved 3MF setup
The complete five-plate project contains the base, poles, twelve ivory inserts, pink topper parts, and ivory topper parts. Saved setup: Bambu Lab P2S, 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.20 mm layers, PETG, and textured PEI. Assign your actual filament spools before slicing. Each plate uses one color.
Keep the saved build-plate supports for the liner, frosting, and sprinkles. The threaded collar prints opening upward with support off inside its thread; the cherry prints on its hidden flat without support. Review compatibility before using another printer or material.
Cupcake topper assembly
The topper has 17 pieces: a liner, frosting, threaded collar, cherry, and 13 sprinkles. Keep the sprinkle pieces identified by number when removing them from the plate.
- Remove brims and supports. Clear the liner's three frosting bores, support under its outer lip, the frosting underside, and sprinkle supports. Clean first-layer flare from the collar's four bore openings. Preserve the screw thread and decorative surfaces.
- Dry-fit the collar onto the upper pole by hand, then dry-fit every glue joint. The collar's four bores match the four pins beneath the liner; the frosting's three feet match the liner's three bores. These are clearance joints for glue, not snap fits.
- Glue the collar to the liner across the mating faces and locating pins. Keep adhesive out of the female thread.
- Glue the frosting onto the liner's fluted seat, aligning all three feet with their bores. The hidden central recess holds adhesive.
- Glue the cherry into its top pocket, then place sprinkles 01–13 into their matching pockets using the numbered guides below. The last number in each sprinkle object's name identifies its position.
- The cherry and twelve sprinkles use hidden flat contacts. Sprinkle 09 keeps its original curved contact. Do not force or reshape a piece to fit a different pocket.
- Allow the adhesive to cure fully according to its instructions before applying torque. Hold the upper pole while removing the assembled topper for roll changes.
